YOU KNOW WHAT? THE GRASS IS GREENER ON THE OTHER SIDE.

It’s true, mamma, it is.

At least as it pertains to getting sleep. Over here on the other side of sleep training is a pretty lush meadow of not just sleep but butterflies, rainbows … and I will throw in a unicorn just for you.

Find out how your fellow mamma’s truly feel after they have gone through a WeeSleep™ 10-day program with me. Sara and her little 7 month old angel Dominic (aka Dom) are here to share their experience with you.

What surprised you most about the sleep training process?
Sara: I couldn’t believe how willing Dom was to make the changes that Sabrina supported us in making. It was easier on Dom than I thought it would be, I guess I thought the worst and was pleasantly surprised (and relieved!).

What did you find more difficult than you thought it would be?
Sara: Listening to him cry, hands down. I honestly felt really sad for him and wanted to go in and pick him up. The process of watching him learn to self-soothe was frustrating on one hand, then sooooo rewarding once he actually started to learn the skills.

What did you notice about Dom’s behaviour during his waking hours?
Sara: He was soooo happy! Even though he was teething he was still able to sleep – so at least he wasn't sleep deprived AND teething. He also started eating much more efficiently during the day due to eliminating night feeds, which Sabrina recommended in our personalized sleep plan.

What is one secret that you would share to other moms and dads out there considering sleep training?
Sara: Stick to the plan! It works. It’s is absolutely worth pushing through some of the more trying moments because on the other side of that is blissful sleep for everyone, most importantly my little man.

Do it! Give your future self some (sleep) love and book now, K?

"WE SLEEP! THANKS TO SABRINA’S ATTENTIVENESS AND INFORMATIVE COACHING, OUR BOY IS INDEPENDENT AND SLEEPING LIKE A CHAMP! WE’RE ONE HAPPY AND RESTED FAMILY! THANK YOU!"
- SARA, DOMINIC'S MOM
